CloseI chose the file I needed for the Download Upload. When it goes into the thinking process ,I wait usually 20 minutes or so. And after that, nothing happens. The thinking bar is filled up and but still no acknodledgement.

I think what he means is that when he uploads a game or resource to the site the upload process seems to stop after about 20 minutes or so.
It may be a problem with your internet connection or perhaps it's due to site updating or even a problem with the site script. Try again and if it still happens ask back here.
Just remember that the size of the file may also be the cause of the long loading time (actually that's most likely it ^.^).
If the file is over 20MBs then it'll probably take a long while to load up - again depending on your internet connection speed and how bad/good your computer is.
Maybe leave it on for about an hour then check to see if it's done.
