CloseAfter having done a few podcasts for RMN, I have been made aware (repeatedly) of attempts to have me on a few subsequent shows. However, since I no longer have access to the specific forum where the podcasts are organized, it's very difficult to be involved in the podcasts even though brandon and McDohl usually invite me to be on them. I love doing the podcasts and would like to be consistently available to do them, however without any sort of central access to where they're organized, it's hard, with PM not the most reliable way to do it between multiple people, and call out topics aren't exactly cutting it either.
So I suggest there be some sort of Podcaster usergroup with access to a forum or something where people involved in the podcast can discuss and organize the subjects of discussion for subsequent podcasts and related events.

Or you could check your PMs or respond to topics with titles such as "FELDSCHLACHT CALL OUT".
I do! At least when I see them, having no PM notification system and only a small, nondescript envelope signifying when you get a PM doesn't really help matters. Even then, until recently the PM system wasn't really reliable at all. PMs are generally an unwieldy way for me to organize community events so I will try another method with McDohl and brandon if possible.

The PM system has actually been the same for about 14 months. No modifications have been made to it.
I definitely remember having issues with some members not receiving messages and I wasn't the only one who brought it up either. If the problem resolved itself, that's great. Either way, like I said before I will discuss with McDohl and brandon about other ways to organize the event if possible.
Forums suck for this kinda stuff.
IRC is an easier way to contact McDohl. Can't speak for Brandon, though.

IRC is a great tool, but it requires too much collaboration to use consistently or primarily. I don't really like to be on the computer for long periods of time, and some days I don't/can't spend too much time on it at all, so forums are a great way to post something and organizing so others can see later when they can.
