NEW PROBLEM: RMVX COMPRESSION ISSUES

Doing final playtesting of Everything Turns Gray today to see if a contributor-who-wishes-to-remain-nameless-for-now's Fatigue Bar script worked well or if it broke anything else.
It works fine, and it didn't break something else, but I discovered a different and completely annoying problem that will further delay release.
My "Weapon 2" slot is broken, and just devours any weapon put into it. If you have a broken plunger handle in one hand and try to put a tire iron in your off hand? Shlorp, no tire iron. Same thing if you switch them up. So it's not the weapon, it's the slot.
Here's a snapshot of the scripts I'm running in case some of you guys are familiar with this error or know what might be causing it:

This wasn't happening before...I did add a bunch of scripts (mostly stuff I found in Geondun) a couple weeks ago, and I strongly suspect it's one of them that's causing this. I just don't know which one. (I'm pretty sure it's NOT any of the KGC scripts.)

I edit almost every script that I use, Max, so I highly advice against stealing scripts directly from my projects. =D To get clean versions, either ask me where I got them first or just nab what you want from Mithran <3 <3 <3 : http://www.rpgmakervx.net/index.php?showtopic=9011 (look at his signature).
1) Are you setting "two weapons" in the database? Don't. You have to use a passive skill only to set actor options.
2) Did you take ExtendedEquipScene directly out of one of my projects? I have messed with it a lot and that could be the cause of your errors.

Sorry, I looked at them, so your name wasn't on them, and figured they were free to yoink. :) I edit some of the scripts I use too, so I understand what you mean.
1) Yes, that's probably what it is.
2) I didn't get any of the KGC things from you...I did take Passive Skill after seeing what you did with it, but I took it from the KGC Library. I only actually took Advanced State Prob+ and Params+ from your game.
3) You should post a guide to messing with the DBS algorithms. You're very good at it.
New problem:
When I try to compress EtG in RMVX, (encrypted or unencrypted seems to make no difference) it produces the self-extracting .exe, but it also produces a 50MB nonsense file called test.002. When I try to extract EtG, whether or not it's in the same directory as the mystery file, it fails, and the extraction crashes. 100% of the time. Same goes for other people downloading it.
After some experimenting (Mage Duel compresses fine, other projects don't) and research on other forums I figured out that RMVX does this whenever a file comes out to more than 128 MB.
How do I fix this?
Oh, and no one be a smartass and say "make your game less than 128 MB"; I can do that by removing the VX RTP, but the last time I did that, I got a lot of flack for it. I could also gut my project of all of its music, but I have gotten a lot of positive response on the battle radio feature, and I don't want to compromise it.

Take all of your mp3s, open them in a music editor, and save them in 11025 bitrate. This should reduce your music size drastically without a noticeable loss of sound quality.
Define music editor? Audacity allows you to import MP3s, tinker, and then export them again, but I'd have to do that one-at-a-time which would be very time consuming and tedious, a real motivation killer.

Hey if you take the Music folder out of the project folder and then condese the game. After that make a New Folder and put the compressed game and the music folder and zip that folder up. Then you can put a readme with the game that way the player can put the music folder back in the game once it is umcompressed. This way there will be no problem getting the game under 128mb. I hope this helps.

Yeah I hate Enterbrain a lot right now. Anyway, it's okay, I got it packed, taking out two songs put it under the limit.

You dumbass, RMVX supports OGG which beats the shit out of MP3 when it comes to quality at low bitrates. Encode all your MP3s as OGGs and you'll get small tracks while retaining quality
