Hello thar! I haven't done this sort of topic in a while (not since before Christmas, at least!) so I've decided to make another one.

Here are three pictures I've done pretty recently. I'm going to try my best to upload a new one each day. Huzzah! I've got alot of practice to catch up on. =B

It's like Amano if he'd had a troubled childhood and was a heroine addict.
Haaa ha ha ha. That actually made me LOL for a few minutes. Ha ha ha! So is that supposed to be a good thing or bad thing...!? I can't tell! Gah!
Holt shit that's awesome. You mind if I use the first one's face as my avatar?
Wow, they look great. Sort of remind me of Corpse Bride or Nightmare Before Christmas in terms of their style and shape. I like them.
Sure! Go nuts. Ha ha. I wouldn't mind it at all.

Oi, and thanks for the comments, people! Just missed yours there, Dark Gaia, so I had to come back in and edit. =P

And gah! Two more...!!!

Entitled "Abstract Evil."

Entitled "Final Bosses 01: Ephiam. On the left is the second form, and on the right is the first.
Concerning the first set of pics: I like the surreal nature and heavy shadows, but the porportions need work. Much of the first picture's structure is hard to decipher, making me wonder what's going on with much of it. I can see you tried some foreshortening with the right arm, but you made it universally the same small size, making it just look like a tiny arm. The second picture seems to be leaning far too much. The third is hard to make out at first glace.

I can appreciate the style, though it's not my thing, personally.
Ha ha. True, true! I still stink with my foreshortening abilities. That, and getting the anatomy right! Ha ha. But these are just...oh....how would you call it? Well, let's just say I'm drawing all of this (whatever is in my head) now, and then moving on to actually practicing from other stuff later on. Just like if the teacher was going to use blocks when you were yonger for math, he like give you five minutes to fidget with 'em before getting you to work with ;em to get it out of you. Ha ha. Or at least our teachers did!

But thanks for the comment! I hope that I'll get better in the future! I plan on it.
If you're looking to improve your foreshortening, my best suggestion would be to look at artists who excel at it, and study their work. One of the best users of foreshortening I've seen is this guy:

He's a member of UDON, and an expert at perspective.
This is miles ahead of your ealier work.

I agree! A lot of your previous stuff was pretty decent but this is really good.

It looks a bit Soul-Eater-esque, actually.
Ku hu hu hu hu! I wouldn't doubt that at all, Yamata. I'm influenced by D.gray-Man, Soul Eater, and FMA. I love their styles, and they definitly have a big impact on me. FMA is probably the one you'll not see in the pictures, though. While the other two influence me in their style, the last does so through its "clarity and simplicity. You can see everything that's happening, and hardly ever get confused. The lines are simple, and yet there are great character designs! Gah.

And I'm glad you both think that it's better than the stuff I've posted here before! It'd be kind of bad if it wasn't! Ku hu.

Also, thank you for the link, Shmeckie! I'll be sure to look it over!

I'm bringing this world back for you and for me.

Your art style resembles that of Neil Gaiman, also I do see the Tim Burton style of art to it as well.
You have a great sense for style, but like Shmeckie, I recommend studying anatomy and proportions more thoroughly.

And yes, this is way better than what I've seen you make before.
Oi, oi, oi.... Yes, that would definitly help me out a lot, wouldn't it? But I was a tad busy this week and the previous one, so I didn't really have much time to do anything else but homework. :-\

But after the weekend I'll get back in to getting some good 'ol practice! I really need it.
I realy like it but its really really creepy like gothic. ;D awesome.

Drawing I did recently. Inspired by "Barragan" from "Bleach."

This is the final aspect of apathy: Death.
