I just downloaded RPG Maker 2003 and I don't know how to add chipsets to the program. I used to have this program but haven't used it in years and have forgotten everything. Is there another program I need to use alongside RPG maker 2003 in order to get new chipsets?

There's a Resource Manager in the icon bar near the top. That'll let you import resources properly

So when I see a chipset I want, I right click on it and select save image as, then I go into RPG maker 2003 and import the image?

Exactly. Be sure to click in the color that's in the background. That tells RPGmaker not to show that color on that chipset.
