FINAL FABTASY TACTICS BATTLE SYSTEM

Ok here is what I am needing, a battle system similar to FF Tactics on RPG Maker 2003. I know, the height will be darn near impossible to pull off but something similar to Shining Force could be possible couldn't it? I would love to see a tutorial on how to do this battle system, you know a strategic battle system where you move units across a grid style battle field and use strategy to conquer an enemy. Kinda like the Fire Emblem series I guess. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
Download the RMXP/RMVX trial versions and then google "GubiD". Trust me, you will be much better off.
Firstly, check this out: http://www.rpgmaker.net/games/42/
Secondly, if you need to ask for a tutorial on how to do something this complex, you probably don't have the know-how to do it, even with a tutorial.
I suggest experimenting with DBS games and trying to learn rm2k3 functionality before you bother with this.
As a side note, RMXP and RMVX have tactical battle system scripts. They also require technical know-how and a fair bit of work, but probably less than creating a whole new system in rm2k3.

Also, it's a turn-based strategy battle system. Not a "Final Fantasy Tactics battle system" or "kinda like Fire Emblem."
