RM2K GAME OVER PROBLEM?

I am trying to make it so you could continue after being defeated in a random battle, but I keep getting a "Game Over" screen even with the Defeat Case checked. Did anyone else get this problem and was able to fix it?

The event is also on, On Touch

That's really weird. Do you get the Game Over screen at the end of the battle, or after the game returns to field mode?

Nope, it is still doing it. :-\

EDIT: It is only happening to this one game. Tested it in another and it works fine. =/
Hmm... Did you add a "Condition Death Cancel" or "Full Recovery" line right after the "Defeat Case" line? Otherwise it might not work properly (and even with those lines it might still send you to the game over screen now and then, this is a known Rm2k bug).

Yeah, I did all that before hand. It just ignores everything and just goes to the GO screen.
Then I don't know what to say, I've never seen it happen (generally, what happens is that the engine either checks the defeat case or sends you to the game over screen depending on its mood, but it shouldn't *always* make you lose the game).
Grrr... that's what keeps happening to me in a certain RealmS battle. I just spammed the Full Recover/Remove Death Condition commands after the battle (first thing on returning to the field,) then added it to a battle page. Now it sometimes works. >.<

If anyone can figure out what's doing that I'd also appreciate it. ^.^
Well, if it is a designed to lose battle, you can redesign the end condition...like, constantly check if the hero's HP is < 50%, and if it is, the evil badyguy uses "Deathblow" or something that reduced HP to 1 and everyone gives up/story continues

That is really weird. I know some event lines can call the Game Over screen in the field, such as removing party members while none of the remaining ones are alive. Tell you what, try this...

Add the party recovery line, then add a wait directly after it. Even .1 seconds will do. This will separate the party healing line from everything else the event is doing. The commands its processing might be interfering with each other.

Lol, I am SOO sorry everyone. I feel like a complete jackass. I just now found the solution and I totally forgot all about it. I just turn the DEATH condition to Combat effect instead of Movement effect and it works completely fine now. My bad. >_<;
