"FILE VEHICLE CANNOT BE FOUND"

I just transferred my RM2k3 project to a new computer from my laptop... but some weird things have happened. Mainly, whenever I try to test or manually open the RPG_RT file, it gives me a "The file vehicle cannot be found" error.

How would I go about fixin' this?

It means that the computer you transferred the game to doesn't have the RTP installed and that the game uses the charset "vehicle" but doesn't have the file in its charset folder.
