CloseAfter you delete a game download, it stays in the Submission list as 'None', linking back to the Submission list.
Also, either the makerscore process is off again, or deleted game downloads continue to give makerscore.

The Makerscore calculations are not always processed correctly when certain things are Denied or Approved (depending on what process is used).
I will click the magic "Recalculate Makerscore" button right now.

I don't know if this has been caused by WIP fixing the Submission list game download error, but for some reason every download on the site is an 'Invalid Download'.

Define "every". I just downloaded Visions and Voices after you posted this and it came up fine, the download worked and it extracted OK. What were you specifically having an issue with?
Update: I have downloaded about 5 other games and have had no issues. Perhaps it is something wrong with your user session? Trying logging out and logging back in.
