First, it doesn't ask where the file is located ( The URL for megaupload )
Second, it shows these random numbers and letters.
Plz help.

OK, I want to put my link to my game, but it only let's upload the file
instead of just putting a link for the download.

One you upload the file to megaupload, it'll give you a link you can send to others so they can click it and download your game.

yeah if for some horrifying reason your game is larger than your upload limit (you already have 52 makerscore how can this be ??) you are gonna have to upload elsewhere. unfortunately I don't have a gamepage so I can't test what is going wrong!
