CAMPY CULT TV SHOWS THAT WOULD MAKE GOOD RPGS...

You know those old 90s TV shows that are long gone, but still have a huge cult following? I always thought that these kinds of shows would make interesting - albeit quirky, perhaps - RPGs. I'm thinking specifically of Xena: Warrior Princess... I'm a huge fan; I own all 6 seasons on DVD. I was thinking of actually making a Xena RPG at some point in the future for no reason other than the fact that I'm an obsessive fan.

So what campy TV shows do you think would translate into an interesting, playable RPG?
Sorry for necroposting, but I just noticed this topic.
What about the miniseries "The Lost Room"?
I don't know if it's cult for you, but for me it is.
I will just quote Wikipedia, because I feel lazy today:

The Lost Room is a science fiction television miniseries that aired on the Sci Fi Channel in the United States. The series revolves around the titular room and some of the everyday items from that room which possess unusual powers. The show's protagonist, Joe Miller, is searching for these objects to rescue his daughter, Anna, who has disappeared inside the Room. Once a typical room at a 1960s motel along U.S. Route 66 (was normal from its creation until 1961 where what is only known as The Event happened), the Lost Room now exists outside of normal time and space.

If you want to know more, there is also at least one fansite.

So there is a quest (save the little girl), items with supernatural powers, strong characters and plot, and a very unusual kind of story. Everything that is needed to make a good RPG.
What do you think?
Lost would be interesting, but they already made a crappy game out of it.

GILLIGAN'S ISLAND RPG

I'd buy it.
Monty Python's Flying Circus. (Using the 360 motion sensor thing for the Silly Walks level.)
I dunno about an RPG, but M*A*S*H could be like a mix between Trauma Center's surgery simulation and Persona 3-4's life simulation. IN KOREA.
Ark
Wario's-a number one!
1770
Seinfield, the game.
Hilarious House of Frightenstein RPG
More seriously, Firefly RPG. :|
Quantum Leap or Sliders.

Oh, and Hercules with Kevin Sorbo.
Sliders: the RPG might work

good lord it would work better than TRUE LIES
Not sure if you guys have seen this in stores yet, but this isn't a fake.

Yeah. I saw this in GameStop the other day and lol'ed hard.

EARTH 2! Does anyone else remember this (or is anyone actually old enough to remember it)? I believe it was on sci-fi or some equivalent channel, back in the day. As a kid the creatures in this show creeped me out big time.

dear lord. So, is the goal of the game to be a slut while shirking your duties?
I've heard that the first few moments of the game include trying to kiss the main love interest or some such. Needless to say I never bothered to pick it up - mainly because I hate the show and refuse to play insipid, thoughtless waste-of-time/space/existence games.

On topic though: something like Stargate or Farscape'd be pretty cool sci-fi games. And I don't know about you guys but I wanna play me some Bradey Bunch. ^.~ I kid.

Ooh... Columbo anyone? Maybe 'Murder She Wrote'? Or the Poroit Mysteries (or whatever they're called)? I've been playing a lot of mystery/whodunnits lately.

Murder She Wrote would be so awesome.

The Angry Beavers would make an amazing RPG if handled correctly.
