[RM2K3] CAN SOMEONE CONVERT THIS INTO AN EVENT FORMAT FOR ME?

I can try to do it - but it takes me forever because I cannot figure out where the displays cut off.

I was wondering if someone can convert this into an event format where if you rotate how the sprite it face, it animates.
