Got to disagree with the OP. Jade Curtiss isn't even the best Tales character ever. Yuri in ToV's got him beat. Bad.

Hitler was surprisingly disappointing in that game. Didn't do much. The neo-nazi robots were better imo.

They didn't screw him up, he just didn't... do much. Laughed and stabbed people for all of maybe five minutes. The fight was fun, albeit not very difficult.

If you use Hitler in a game and he does nothing but chillax then they screwed him up 
He should be doing crazy shit like hating Jews and Eastern Europeans and making the stupidest decisions possible not doing nothing in his big throwdown :(

Now that I think about it, there was absolutely no mention of Jews or Eastern Europeans whatsoever in that game. Then again, Innocent Sin really isn't about Hitler or nazis at all. They're just the side villains getting in the way of the real villain. A better enemy to fight instead of generic demons.
Now, Bionic Commando Hitler on the other hand...
(Yeah, he said DAMN in an NES game. Hardcore.)

He's not the best, but i really liked Tohru Adachi.
