JOSEPHSERAPH'S CONCEPT ART TOPIC...?

My main criticism is you don't seem to be including a good grasp of structure into this piece.
What I mean is - it doesn't look like you really followed basic anatomical rules. You followed your assumption of those rules. If that makes sense.
I also see you are trying to make it look more paitnerly, but the blotchiness and sharp lines in some parts (especially on the hair) detract from it.

It honestly looks like you drew a half decent picture then ruined it by using the brush strokes feature in Photo Shop. Eyes are the only part of the picture that are somewhat sharp still.
It's my first "real" try at digital painting. You're gross. I hate gross people. That's why I always try to be polite while cricticizing. But i know that every critique has a value, so i will use yours.

Don't ask for critique if you're going to be a baby when someone gives you an honest opinion.
No, i just like to be polite. you know, post people are. I hate this kind of bad-manner way of cricticizing, it's disgusting. I never do that. Since i don't, people shouldn't do with me. I am never mean with nobody here (or anywhere) anyways. Let's keep going, and stop with off-topicness.

Not they. Oh my gosh. it's my instable mood, sorry. I sound like an idiot. this seems to happen often. Principally when i am hushing. i apologize. It's just that

Sounds gross. He repeated what the user above him said, in a gross, unmannerly way, wich easily enrages me. '-'
I feel dumb. Let's get going.

That's not gross, that's helpful advice. You've got a nice style developing there, but it's really, really rough around the edges. Ark and Karsuman are only trying to help smooth them out. It's actually more insulting that you're criticizing the way they're trying to do that.
Man up, buddy.

Uh, he wasn't being rude. He was basically saying you ruined a good picture by overusing the brush tool.
You asked for constructive criticism, and you got it. There really isn't a better way he could put it.

I'm not going to comment on technique as it has already been done and these are also as I understand, supposed to be concept art, so I don't feel it is completely necessary. I would like to say however, that I would think it would be more appopriate if you posted some fullbody shots, so the designs can be assessed easier. As is I see three girls faces and a little of their torsos so I can't really judge.
It's better if you use the pen tool if you're using photoshop. If it's open canvas it's kinda not wise to use it for mouse drawing because it's basically for tablet users...

You can't possibly mean the pen tool. The pen tool is for creating vector shapes, not drawing.
Tardis he uses a mouse, if my assumption is correct he's coloring over a sketch he made on paper.
That or he can manually do it with the hard round brushes 83

Ah, my bad then. I'm a tablet owner, so I forget. ;) Thanks for clearing that up.
I sincerely didn't know we were allowed to post art outside of the creative corner forum! =O
