I NEED QUIRKY CLASSES AND SPELLS FOR EACH!

I need quirky classes that would not be found in normal games. I do not want, knight, wizard, soldier, and thief, I want things like pyromancer, verbalist, village idiot, lumberjack and so on. Then I want spells and abilities for each.

I do not want abilities like "fireball," I want abilities like "satan's testicles." Instead of ice, I want "witches teet." Instead of "Quake," I want "Gaia's Gulp."

Here is what I have so far for classes:

Village Idiot -> Idiot Savant
Chef -> Master Chef
Drunkard -> Drunken Master
Blackbelt -> Ninja
Lumberjack
Prize Fighter
Miner
Smith
Seducer -> Exotic Dancer
Pyromancer
Cyromancer
Gastronure
Seer -> Visionary
Pirate -> Pirate Captain
Paranormalist -> Necromancer
Hobo -> Moneybag
Verbomancer -> Lecturer
Prime Minister -> Dictator
Maia your game is gonna be so beast with these classes.

I guess for village idiot you could have a regular damage dealing move called drool or something, or an attack called dumbfound that confuses the enemy (product of the idiots idiocy of course).

In terms of single classes, I saw you had prize fighter which made me think of a lucha libre, or however you spell that, but that evolution wouldn't really make much sense. You could have a really fat class called gourmand that can use food items to get special bonuses or something like that. Some other cool classes might be a Hippy, or Paparazzi.

EDIT: Forgive me but I'm not great with coming up with abilities for such classes on the fly, so you'll have to do that.

EDIT 2: Also I'd suggest changing pirate for somthing else, that doesn't seem as quirky as the rest.
I will give this some serious thought and produce a list in a few days. However I am saddened by the nerfing of Loquacious Lecturer. I suppose if this is rm2k3 there is no way that class name will fit.

On a side note, Pyromancer sounds a bit too traditional. How about going with Arsonist > Pyromaniac?
I like the arsonist into pyromaniac, that way it at least gives the class an evolution.
Pirate could be a buccaneer

Also, I mentioned this in the blog post, but...
Cryomancer -> Blizzard Wizard
Brawler -> Prize Fighter
Miner -> Demo Man

Are you looking for standard abilities with unique names, or something more?

Miner -> Demo Man

How did you get Demo Man from miner? Also, change Pirate to something like Buccaneer or Seadog.
Just figured he could put down that pick and use some dynamite. Thought maybe "excavationist" might do also.
Miner/Demo man/excavationist could have a time based tnt attack where he plants a bomb and then in say three turns/ 30 seconds or whatever it could go off.

Dig up the Geometer from Max Magee's Deeper project and change it back to Mathemagician.
I've always been interested in seeing a dominatrix-type of class. Just for kicks.
Seducer could be break dancer. You know like in zoolander there break dance fighting.

Heh heh, I forgot all about that guy! It's been ages since I encountered The Phantom Tollbooth, so I can't say I had him in mind when I came up with Mathemagician. I just liked the class idea and how much work was put into his spell list (mostly by Max), so I decided to recommend it here.

Alright, now I need bodywear / headgear / footwear / accessories and so on for each.

Like...
Village Idiot
Tin Foil Hat
White Straight Jacket
Sock Puppet
I would also like to talk to you one and all about disadvantages and party balancing.

Lets say you have a party of 4 soldiers, they kill the heck out of everything that stands in their path. The balance for them would have to be that they need to purchase potions in order to keep the fight up.

What about this as an idea for balancing.

There are 5 weapon powers. What if the game only had 3 or 4 weapon powers and in order to get to level 5, the party needs a "miner" in the party to mine ore to build weapon power 5 or even a "blacksmith" to forge a weapon power 5. The Blacksmith and Miner would not be nearly as powerful as a soldier, but if you wanted to get to that weapon power 5, you would need them.

Would that be a good idea?
I'm not sure. It sounds like it might slow it down, but the only way to really find out is to do it. Anything is worth trying (if you can code it). The classical balance to having all soldiers isn't the potions so much, it's really the fact that they wouldn't be able to touch ghosts, would get owned by mages, and would fall to status effects. There's lots of things that can stop all soldiers so there isn't a need to balance it if your game has enemy mages, ghosts, and stuff that inflicts status effects.
You could always have cartographer

Oh wait...
