How do you make it so that you have a somewhat cloudy overlay, and light from a torch or whatever on the wall?
Right. Um...



That's just an example. I haven't made a full dungeon map yet. I was just wondering what the basic process would be.
You'll want to use pictures set to certain transparencies. Mess about with it a little and see what you can do. (I recommend using 320x240 size until you get the hang of it... and mess around with a few of the sky panoramas if you can't find anything - they're in the RTP folder.) ^.^

And where would I use the panoramas?
Well, there aren't quite any apparent light sources in that map but, the basic process involves hand drawing lights for each map with a brush in Photoshop...
