ANYONE PLAY WOW AROUND HERE?
Posts
WoW owns. I played with TFT and co. <Lydie ma cherie> had potential but unfortunately a certain someone (i won't name any names (it was ciel)) bailed to join some guild for faggots.
I don't have the time/commitment anymore so I quit. Of course MMOs are dull and repetitive, but it's the people you play with that make it fun. Unfortunately we were all pretty much different levels, so while we would guildchat we didn't necessarily play together. I might've stuck around if there was always ten of us running around griefing tauren :(

What's the deal with all this stupid Aion hype?
You mean what was the deal. The crappy overhyped game, as expected, collapsed under the weight of the giant grind, generic game play, and heavy bot problem. The mmo crowd moves on to the next big
hmm honestly wow was p decent in 2004 but it has so many incredibly bad design/balance/content flaws that i have no idea why some other developer cannot manage to make an mmo that is better. like, come on!!
hey i just realized wow kept me entertained for like 3 months (july-september 2009) but ragnarok online kept me for 2 years (2003-2004)

RO is actually a pretty good MMO even though it's even more grindy than WoW. Too bad it's impossible to find a good private server nowadays, and I'm pretty much burned out on the whole MMO formula anyway.

Dungeon Fighter? It's pretty different from the rest of the ORPGs.

I agree; MMORPGs are a tired formula that, by design - are supposed to waste your time with pointless busy-work.
Dungeon Fighter online doesnt seem like too much of an MMO though.

Well, maybe it's not as massive, but it is still considered an ORPG. It has RPG elements but combat is more beat-em-up styled.
I PLAY DUNGEON FIGHTER ONLINE!

we're back
please come play with us, rm.n
I would consider it if I hadn't leveled up the EXACT same class as a horde character.
Maybe after they put the ability to mail heirloom gear across factions, I'll start up something new alliance-side.
