ETHEREAL DISCOVERY ANNOUNCES NEW RPG PROJECT

Hey all. I've just got word that Ethereal Discovery ( For those of you who don't know, they're simply a small game studio, growing up creating 2D RPG titles, with RPG Maker ofcourse, now stepping into the 3D Realm ) is developing an RPG, utilizing a battle system in blender 3d, a 3D Modeling Suite. From the video I've seen, it's very good, (for how early it is in development). The Director emphasizes how he wants to sculpt the battle system to perfection and spent countless hours doing it. Apparently, it's the first Blender RPG to actually get somewhere, and that's evident in the video; no screenshots, actual gameplay! Here's the link:

Anyway, it looks promising, but the video says it won't be released until 2012!!!! what!?!?
In any case, they can take all the time they need, just get it done!

This game was originally a platformed 2D, in RPG Maker, but the creator felt the need to take his masterpiece to higher heights and converted his project to the 3rd demension with his team's experience in programming and modeling.
That said, he says he'll be releasing the game, exclusively, for the first month initially, to the RPG community, and the best part is that it'll be free of charge, and two versions will be available.

The game is very early in beta, noticeably, but just the mere fact it all began in RPG Maker, then looking at where it has gotten is crazy. The creator of Artificial also expresses an interest in working with top RPG Maker talents here,and at RRR in turning their dreams into a breathing 3D adventure. I'm excited. I'd like my RPG Maker game to be 3D, and be for the PC, not the PS2. (But then, that'd be nice too.)
