can someone tell me how to make a battle like the battle in Tales of Destiny?

Neither am I, however, if he abandoned one battle system, he could have just changed the post from one system to the other.

There's currently a Tales battle system script being translated. Or was being translated. I have no idea what happened to it. But it was buggy and required all sorts of different things to get it to work effectively. Hit detection was off, the damage variable was all shot to hell and back, and it was just, simply, no good.

So, unless you want to script your own system, I doubt you can get your hands on a Tales battle system.
