I feel about newbies how the Nazis felt about everyone who wasn't a Nazi.
Kidding, of course. Stupid quips aside, I'm generally pretty supportive of new blood in communities I'm a member of, (I don't know if I can be considered a non-newbie here at RMN, though, so I won't comment on this community too much.) but I find it highly irritating when folks don't know how to use their own homepage (9 times out of 10 = google; generalization holds) or ask questions about things they could easily find within 5 seconds.
In terms of the RPG Maker community, I really hate it when people ask for resources when they have no idea how to ask for resources.
"hai guiz i need sum left 4 dead resorsez" is an example of that. Dude made 3 threads, each as pointless as the last.
"Hey guys, I'm compiling some chipsets and I've run aground a bit... Do any of you have some decent rug/mat tiles? Here's an example of what I currently have: (image), so anything that mostly matches that style/palette/amount of shading would be awesome. Thanks! :3" is how it's done.
Also, laziness in terms of spelling and punctuation bother me. A lot. And phrases like "omg" and "lol."
I can live with people who are too lazy to use the SHIFT KEY, but unless they're a damn pro like geodude, etc, then they need to use moar dodge. By moar dodge, I mean shift keys, of course.

Meh. We've all seen much MUCH worse newbies.
Don't forget people, there's a difference between Newb and Noob. If you're simple, you can't help it, but I swear some people are just purposely dumb; not that it bothers me much. I'm so laid back and I just get used to it. As long as a newbie asks questions politely then I'll be happy to help. Good manners are the way to my heart.
