Or just let your nail grow out. Whatever is stuck in there will probably fall somewhere by itself at some point in the far future.
This is what I'll do. Ever since I dug around the nail with a knife, it stopped hurting. I wonder why. It should be out in about 2 months.

Just go to a doctor. They will properly diagnose this. Leaving it is a bad idea, as it could get badly infected, and only get worse. GO TO A DOCTOR!

I think that Japan, unlike the US, has healthcare for the poor and middle class right? Maybe you should go see one. But I guess it is not that serious.
