Depends on what system you're ripping from, if it's SNES/GBA I suggest http://www.gmdsoft.de/menne/z3c/animget.htm

When ripping from an emulator, use a slow down feature (somewhere in the options) to make it easier to get what you want. Also don't forget to disable the background layers.
