You know, I get the feeling that in a few years time you might get really good. For now, you've got all the basics down. What you need to work on is the awkwardness of the poses and lines (which actually comes from experience, so keep them drawings coming).

Here's a tip though. Anime is closer to reality than you probably think. That said, it would really add some pretty to your art if you drew eye creases, thicker upper eyelashes, an iris or two and some simple detail to the ears.
