ANYBODY NEED ANY MUSIC?
Posts
I'm just about to wrap up Drakonais' soundtrack for The Tiamat Sacrament. However, since I wanna take a bit of a break, anybody have any single songs they'd like to have in their games? The way I roll is that I don't charge any money, but if you wanna pay me, you become first in my priority list. All that I ask for a song is that you...
-include me in your game's description
-include me in your game's credits
-in your game's music folder where my song is located, rename it with a "(Relyt)" at the end before you do anything with it in the maker. (If you change the name after you've implemented the song into your game, it screws the whole thing up, trust me.)
So..yeah. Any takers?

Oh cool. Think you could make a world map theme for me? Something for like a traditional jRPG world map kinda thing you'd see in FF or DQ or something. Many thanks in advance.
I need a short title screen tune, actually. Something mysterious and hollow-sounding. Should be very dark, but not scary/creepy/lolthisisahorrorgame. The game takes place underground, so taking that into account would be a must. ;) It should also sound a bit tribal-inspired. Think... Like a much darker-sounding version of the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles soundtrack. Crystal Chronicles meets American McGee's Alice. Or something like that.
I definately need a game over tune (somthing for a light and cartoony game, nothing too dark or serious)
a very fast paced and upbeat ending credits theme I could also use, but I have a fall back for that, I don't for the game over.
I've been hoping to add some composer made tracks to my game so this would be great

not to be pushy, but you're still working on this right?
(just wondering since you seem to be taking on a pretty big music request)

Actually, I've been making tracks for Chaos. I'll get to these as soon as I can.

wow, that sounds really cool relyt. although i'm probably not going to wind up using it for the title screen. ;)
gotta say this about your mixing reylt: it's very central. you've got the whole stereo field to choose from!

What if it's not RPG Maker and all of the sound files are encoded into sound packs in the NF-SND PCM format or compressed format? And the resource mounter doesn't like anything but lower case letters and numbers?
You sure do love being a music whore~ If I actually ask you later it would be just for a few tracks. I'll have to compose a few myself and I might have a third person take a shot. If you're interest at all, let me know. The finding-out-who-actually-cares-enough-to-become-an-artist-for-my-game stage won't be until later, but you'll be in the credit file unless you cancel beforehand.

Pfft. I don't care. Ignore that part.

Admiral Styles contacted me a while back about doing stuff for LAW, so if I can get back ahold of him I'm gonna start doing that.
Don't suppose you'd be interested in just a few more tracks for TS? I plan to release in April so I wouldn't need them for a couple months.
Why, of course. You see, most of us are complete whores for music, myself including... unfortunately. -_-'
