At home, these are my daily eating habits.
Breakfast: goat milk yogurt + blueberry flax granola. Naan bread.
Lunch: sandwich of some kind, high protein. Fresh fruit. Fruit smoothie of some kind.
Dinner: a potato or squash-based hash of some kind, usually with buffalo or a very lean cut of beef cubed. Light salad, no frills.
Dessert: bowl of peaches, fresh fruit if I didn't have any at lunch. Maybe some goat cheese.
Any time sack: High-fibre natural crackers with a soft herb-crusted goat cheese.

Why so much goat? I'm super lactose intolerant- I can't digest cow dairy.
Ergo, I eat goat products. I honestly far prefer them to regular dairy. More healthy, easier to digest, and honestly, cow's milk is disgusting.

If I'm eating out, let's use my favourite ever restaurant meals ever for examples:
Breakfast: pancakes with devonshire cream, mixed fruits. At a place called Patty's Eggnest. Looks like a real dive from the outside, totally awesome inside. Only ever eaten one bad meal there. That's a completely different story.
Lunch: Croque-monsieur with wonderfully cured ham, some nuts, and emmentaler cheese. light salad with sprouts, carrots, red onion. Vinaigrette. Served with a light, creamy dip for the sandwich. Had this up in beautiful British Columbia at a place called the Point No Point Resort. That's my favourite place in the world. I might actually have a cell phone picture of this sandwich, I think I'll have to get it out later. It looks delicious.
Dinner: Appetizer of shrimp alexander and some light crabcakes. Simple salad with iceberg lettuce, a light bleu cheese dressing, and some very fresh croutons. No packaged shit here. Follow this up with a main course of prime rib or tomahawk steak (had it both ways, both are great) with asparagus, hollandaise, horse radish, steamed carrots or potatoes. Had this at the Morton's Steakhouse in Seattle. Awesome place, but damn expensive.
Dessert: A dark chocolate Kahlua cheesecake. Had this at a local place called Gordon's on Blueberry Hill. Best restaurant ever. The owner is super nice.

Chicken Parm hero. One time I got so high I ate two of them, needless to say I felt like a bag of shit afterward but it was worth it.

prolly a well-seasoned medium-rare sirloin steak
tardis's post makes me want to try goat products.

Anyway, me gustan any kind of pasta noodle. Pesto. I've only had pesto once, but it was really really good. And it reminds me of that episode of Seinfeld so it makes me go :)

Mashed potatoes... meatloaf... steak... sushi... I've been digging the taste of veggie burgers recently... Chinese food, namely chow mein, chop suey, eggdrop soup, and pan-fried noodles...

Favorite drinks: Chai and Jasmine green tea. Although I'll try basically any kind of tea.

Dessert: Crème brûlée (fuck yeah!), gelato, chocolate-banana malts, and most any ice cream melted and poured into a mug.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, (for a westerner- it's really not that scary) Eel is one of my absolute favourites. Some of the best I've had was seared a little bit, so outside = warm, while the inside remained cool. Good stuff.
If searing isn't your thing, you can get it straight raw depending on where you go. Best with a little rice.

I've seen it presented better but...
Chocolate Kahlua Cheesecake. The kind I like is done with dark chocolate.
DARK = FAR SUPERIOR TO OTHER TYPES OF CHOCOLATE. DISCUSS.
Everyone has good choices. Don't know about Buffalo though...

I change my vote to Buffalo wings, the kind that make your balls drop again. And again, and so on.
