GLAD YOU'RE COMBATING STEREOTYPES ABOUT THE BRITISH DIET ::)
I don't care about that, those are my favourite foods. I always have a full english and a roast on a sunday. It is the best.

Fuck stereotypes, yorkshire pudding = all I ever need. I'm also a big fan of some of the homier pub food over your way. Roasts, epic sandwiches, the best fish and chips(I hate the entire concept of anything smaller than a good wedge chip- since I live in americaland, I'm stuck with steak fries.) anywhere in the whole world?
British diet = far superior to most things.
Furthermore, you fine gents don't pump your various meats full of shit, ergo less heart disease and less obesity.

It may not be necessary to consume an entire wicker basket for breakfast.

This is a great topic. I am so glad this topic exists.
Nice to know you appreciate it. Thanks.
LittleWingGuy, good choice with that Full English Breakfast. If I could, I would live in Halfway Cafe down Hessle Road so I can eat it all day!
post=100949If you're feeling a little adventurous, (for a westerner- it's really not that scary) Eel is one of my absolute favourites. Some of the best I've had was seared a little bit, so outside = warm, while the inside remained cool. Good stuff.
If searing isn't your thing, you can get it straight raw depending on where you go. Best with a little rice.

unagi is delicious shit
post=101764I absolutely love steak.
and other meats

Try buffalo steak. Leaner, and I think, tastier.
