Responding to everyone else, I've already drawn the line in terms of roster. If the roster is continually redone and redone, this'll never make it out of the gates.

I'll be pleased it's it's playable to semi-decent. Not that I won't be aiming higher, I'm just being realistic.

The way I see it, the big names should be playable, lesser names would be assists, and a mix of both could be bosses. Maybe a couple surprises could be thrown in (who are the Ice Climbers? who's Marth? etc. like in SSBM back in 2001).
The RPG Maker equivalent, I suppose, would be putting Isod or Carter (or both) in a character slot, but that isn't likely to happen.
