I would hold off on this, because you need a flash cart for the time being, which I think is dumb. Basically, Virtual Game Maker DS is useless, and the time would be better spent just using RPG Maker.

The basic idea is no better than the RPG Makers on Playstation (2) anyway.

Still, it is an interesting project. Who knows maybe this works on a NDS emulator, and since many people(pirates) use r4's (basically ds flastcarts) this is still worth using for SOME people.

Well, it certainly is limited. Can't use panoramas as the DS only allows a certain number of layers but for for simple and quick games this is ok but I'm going to keep an eye on this and hope it improves more. I never have a lot of time on the PC so using a DS would be awesome.

Sounds somewhat neat, I may try it some day, could probably upload the games to a DS flash card I suppose.

It's meant to be used for your DS. No point in having this running on your PC!

Yeah i know. I am trying to use it on my DS emulator on my computer as it says it should work using that as well.

Dude, that things looks sweet. The DS is somewhat lacking in super duper awesome RPG's (with the exeption of FINAL FANTASY III) so this could help the problem with user-made games.
