Edit: But seriously, the description says that you pretty much watch an environment and it changes depending on your mood, meaning, you don't really control anything unless you can control emotion.
I've seen an actual mind control device where basically there was an orange square on the screen, and the guy could make it disappear. That's about as far as the real deal is.
