~~~MUSIC REQUEST~~~
Hello. I would like to know if anyone is interested in contributing to my current project, via music files. I can assure this will not simply be wasted effort and time, I've been working on this game for quite a while now and I'm very dedicated to it's completion.
And now, the current song list. I will update this list according to which piece is done or not.
~~~All format are Midi, by the way~~~

==================
=Title Song:10 credits=
==================
Mood: You can choose, there's two I'd like...
1) Sad, rather slow
2) Sinister, not much going on
Instruments: Depends on mood...
1) Echoing sounds, flutes perhaps, raindrops
2) Any ominous instruments which come to mind.
Length: Doesn't have to be long...
1:00 - 2:00, I suppose
Usage: My beginning/title/main theme for game
The title is a black screen with red letters spelling,
Demonic Roots.
There;s a chance I might use it for certain important moments in the story, such as beating a boss.
==================
=Field Song:5 credits=
==================
Mood: Adventurous, I suppose
I'd like it to be somewhat like this song.
Instruments: Orchestral...
...I believe flutes, trumpets, strings... the works.
Length: Reasonably sized
1:30-3:00
Usage: Overture
Exploring the overworld in my game.
=====================
=Village(At night):3 credits=
=====================
Mood: Suspicious, a little mysterious
Doesn't have to be much action in it
Instruments: Piano, Cello...
Whatever you would consider.
Length: Not much is going on, so...
0:30-1:00
Usage: Primarily a sleeping town
I might also use it for a universal night theme, not
just villages.
=======================
=Village(Day Remix):1 credit=
=======================
Mood: Friendly, inviting
Completion of a village song, which was not finished.
Counts as a remix (1 credit), but still important nonetheless.
Nice and friendly music
Length: Not to short nor long...
0:45-1:45
Usage: Village
A theme used for most villages.
Ocean
Resident foodmonster

Would it be possible to cash the credits? $5 per credit?

ALSO, why is the shortest song worth the most credits and the longest song worth 1?
It would be more convincing if you told us more about your game and showed us that you had something done rather than ask for materials right off the bat. There's a higher drive to work when you're working for something you like than when you work for something you know nothing about, regardless of being promised to be a part of it.
What bothers me the most is the rewards and this weird credit system you have.. If you want something, give something in return like custom graphics or story writing help or idk something that you can give back and not "Woah you can name an NPC in my game!!"
Yeah, it's sort of like desperation. We honestly don't care about getting some NPC in your unimportant game.
Thank you for the feedback. I will change the credit system right now.

Are you satisfyed?

Also, to those of you who wanted to see in-game pictures of my project, please indulge.
The Hero's Home

A Peek at the Menu (Still in Beta)

Fighting a Common Enemy

A Peek at the Water System

The Maze-Like Mist Forest

Do my collegues wish to see other screenshots as I progress with the project, or will this suffice?
Tempting... but then what shall convince others to work with me?
The best way is to show off screenshots of your game and prove that there is something being worked on.

Also, don't host your screenshots on Mediafire. You can host them on imageshack or something, because they aren't showing up. Or, you can host them here on RMN, in your locker. (The top bar: Account -> Locker.) I don't know if you need some makerscore for that though.

edit: I also must commend you for reacting with "What's the best way to improve" rather than flipping out or something.
You're companionship :)
I think the credit system will have very little sway in people wanting to work with you. You seem like a nice guy yourself, i think all you need to do is ask politely and wait to see if anyone's willing.

Putting up your game and ideas would be good as well, so people know what kind of thing they're helping with.

Oh. What a handy little tool! Now all I need is something which reminds me to eat now and then.

So remove the credit system? I don't know... I'm close to doing it, I suppose.

@AznChipmunk: Thank you. I find it hard to irritate me, or for long at least.

god do i need one of those.

i'm not going to lie, i was expecting some mixed ripped resources rudra-spewing crap. i mean that in the nicest way possible- nothing about you, that's just the usual expectation when someone unknown comes in and says 'hai guiz i need sum spritz/musik/lols'. i'm honestly very impressed with your screenshots. why don't you have a gamepage?

I laughed so hard I felt tears forming.

Becuase I have no idea what a gamepage is.
Submissions -> Submit game. And yes, I like the look of your game a lot. This is a gamepage: http://rpgmaker.net/games/46/

You can pretty much completely customize it with the use of CSS to get something like this: http://rpgmaker.net/games/902/ (PM me for help if you want any help with customization.)
Oh. Yes, I've seen those before. I would post my current progress, but I've only just started production on the actual game itself; the time before was devoted to the engine. What I've completed isn't even demo-worthy.

Judging by the reaction to the screenshots, I'm going to go ahead and assume not many of you have ever heard of Game Maker 7?
I have, and so have many other people around here, probably. Obviously the site is a focus on RPGMaker, and I assumed that your game was made in RM!
I think what made me like the screenshots though, is the simplistic graphical style that reminds me a bit of Earthbound. It's clean looking.
The only reason it looks like that is because I can't do anything else. However, I am quite good at making some RPG Maker charsets.
You should leave it like that! It's a breath of fresh air from Rudra chipsets.
Don't worry, I'm not planning to do Rudra. I've been at this for... a long time. Including procrastination, breaks and laziness, it has taken me TWO YEARS to get up to this point. I will not change a thing in this project without a fight.

EDIT: But enough of the game. Are there any willing composers?
Truely, are there no offers for a composer?
