Screenshots in C&C: Red Alert Topic

Does anyone know/remember how to take screenshots in C&C: Red Alert?

Right now, using ye ol' Alt+PrntScn doesn't quite work out - because of the palettes used in Red Alert, the screenshots come out garbled and mostly black.

And I'm talking about the original Red Alert here, released way back in '96.

Um haven't played CC:RA but have you tried using Xfire to take in game screenshots?

DOSBox can take screenshots of the game in play. (Well, I'd assume so. I can take screenshots of the map editor but I can't get past the CD protection into the game to try it out myself ~~because I'm incredibly lazy~~)

Mmmmmmmm, C&C Red Alert, I used to play it soooooo much.

I think you probably need software to do it for you, try using Quick Screen Capture or Snag it 7. If the screens don't work, try recording it on Snag it 7, or download Quick Screen Recorder and record it on there. Then see if you can take a screen of the video.

Although, when trying to take a screen of the video, you probably won't be able to do it in WMP because it usually shows black screens, so it's always easy to put it into Windows Movie Maker, and press their handy dandy screenshot button.
