DICKING AROUND WITH MUSIC

Recently, I've been making small tracks of music, just for fun (no real practical use), so I decided I would post some. Besides, I really haven't been very active at RMN the last while, so I might as well start again.
Chocolate Rain Remix
This was just fun to make. I learned the song on piano a while ago, so I decided it would be awesome to test out some VSTi's with. I love it with the drums.
No Name
Again, just trying out some VSTi's. Not entirely sure why, but some of them sort of...glitched out... The rendering of audio also screwed up, but whatever. I still think it sounds neat.
Boss Battle
Made it randomly late at night. It's not mixed very well, but it was more of a "Hey, I wonder how this would sound" rather than made to be practical. Anyways, I'm still happy with the result.
*NEW*Untitled Techno
Yep, untitled again. I do this for fun, so i don't really bother with names. Anyways, give this one a look, and tell me what you think. Yes, youtube did in fact rape the quality of the drums.

Chocolate Rain Remix-
I thought it could use some more bass. Also, just an idea, take out the high hat during the snare hits. It serves to accent them more, adding more back-beat.
No Name-
I have no complaints about this. Is that recorded guitar, or synth? If it's a synth, I want it.

Thanks for the feedback, Relyt.
In Chocolate rain, I did originally have more bass, but it continuously caused some problems, not entirely sure why. Perhaps certain VSTi instruments don't enjoy working together.
In No Name, there is a guitar, and a bass playing. Both were VSTi sounds. I didn't use anything but piano roll for either of these.

They all sound pretty experimental, which is cool.
Chocolate Rain - Bizarre, but I like how the bass chooses not to be overpowering in lieu of complimenting the chaotic melody. If the song progressed further, Relyt's right, some bass could drive it home
No name - The VST for the guitar, does it have different samples that play at different velocities? If so, experiment with that final low guitar note, might have a better sample =) What's compressing the hell out of the drums? Is that part of the kit in the VST or are you running it through a separate one?
Boss battle - Definitely does have an 80's vibe like Relyt said. Does its thing, progressively distortive, like true old-school synth fashion.

My computer was actually just shitting bricks when I put that together. Not sure why, but if I put too many VSTi's on, I start to get buzzing, hissing, or weird compression/fading of sounds etc.
It seems to be better to render out each individual track, and then put them all together in goldwave.
Sounds pretty neat =) I imagine a Genesis side-scrolling beat-'em-up for this, with synthed kicks, punches, and "HIYAAAH" going along with it.

*COUGH* link to the new song:
Untitled Techno
Looking for some feedback.
Kinda sounds like it could come out of a Stinkoman game. I think it's a little too cheezy, though.
