WHATS THE WORST THING YOU EVER SAW IN HIGH SCHOOL?

Kid bringing a dead fox into school and hitting girls in class with it..
this literally made me lol
I live in NYC. I was in science class during the time the Twin Towers fell. My school was even close to the Manhattan ferry, so I was able to see the destruction from across the water; but it was not the meaningless violence that disgusted me the most that day, it was the attitude of my "peers".
"HAH, we get to go home early!"
"We're gonna die! Hahahaha!"

The biggest event I was ever a part of (or distinctly remember, for that matter) was that I choked a kid during lunch freshman year because he was calling me a faggot. The story got so overblown, it was great. Apparently I had thrown him across the room. Everyone rooted for me afterward because no one liked the guy I choked. In fact I remember a friend going up to me after my suspension was over saying "Dude! You are my HERO!"
What's up with suspensions anyway?
"You were caught fighting in school."
"Uh-huh."
"For that we're giving you a three day vacation."
"Uh... oh no?"

My school is so tame. I guess going to a selective school was a good choice because some of these stories are disgusting.
Nothing noteworthy yet. But I'm in Year 8 so plenty of time for stuff.

Suddenly, all those morons that don't know where Washington D.C. is or what 1+1 equals to don't seem that bad anymore.

I personally find 9/11 jokes hilarious as shit. Just saying.
Years later, yeah, but it's a smidgen distasteful to make them while the event is still in progress. :<
also, what the fuck kind of high schools did you guys go to!? NONE of this shit happened in my highschool years. granted, i went to a pretty hippie-tastic everybody-hugs-everybody-all-the-time alternative school, but still. what the fuck.
i do remember when i was in public elementary school i tackled this chick who was harassing me TO THE GROUND on a bridge on a field trip and beat the living shit out of her. the amazing part is i got in exactly no trouble for it. and i did it in front of multiple adults and about a third of my class. ah, the days of youth.

Speaking of elementary, I got in a fight that proves paper beats rock. He bashed me on the head with one so I took a page out of my notebook and rammed it down his throat. He ended up having to get it removed from his left lung.
We're best buds now.

Y'know I went to a school that we all called the 'super school'. They made one giant school in the area so they could ferry all the kids going to three different old highschools to it. The three groups of kids didn't get along so well in the first year, there was a fight at the nearby convenience store (which we were allowed to go to on lunch and breaks) every few days. I never witnessed any of those fights personally though, and by most standards they were pretty tame.
Probably the most gruesome thing I saw was actually in bio class, where when we were told to dissect the frogs, one girl got up, ran out the door and puked all the way down the hallway to the bathroom. More funny than gruesome really, we all had a huge laugh over it too afterwards.
There was also a fight in which the defender was jumped by his locker, and ended up slamming the attackers head into it several times. when the attacker went down, the defender slammed his head in the locker door repeatedly until he stopped moving. Ambulance was called, but as far as I know, the guy wasn't badly hurt or anything.
High school was boring. I suppose, if I was there more than 40% of the time I might've seen something more interesting.

Now I wasn't actually there to see it, but they are the worst things that I've seen during highschool. Just seeing all the grief and seeing the scene only hours after that second accident (which was down the block from my house) was really sad. All of this happening in a span of less than 12 months.
Some of the best moments in highschool though...now that would be a topic.

Ark, that really sucks what happened to your buddy, and I hope everyone involved is dealing with it OK, if that's possible. What a shitty sobering situation.
