First of all, you should have posted this in the "Help & Requests" forum. Always read the little description of the sub-forums before posting in them.
Actually, there was no need to make a topic at all because game submission is pretty straight forward...
Moving your mouse across the top of the page would have eventually gotten you to a small tab that reads "Submissions" which would then lead to an easy-to-understand drop box with the option to "Submit Game".

Those are the steps to getting your RPGMXP game... onto the internet.
