That guy has a few cool little apps. There is an online version of that particular one too: as3Sfxr.

This is exactly the thing I was looking for to complement the typical samples I'm using in WeaponBirth. I was actually thinking about putting a Z80 sound emulator into the engine so that it would generate chiptunes on commands instead of pre-recorded stuff.
