CPU PROBLEM NEED HELP

See, this is a huge misconception. Your hardware is not Vista exclusive. Microsoft paid the manufacturer of your PC to not make XP drivers available to you. They set their driver install packages to test for Vista and tell you that it only works on Vista (which is a lie). If you have an Intel chipset on your board, there are XP drivers for it. You just have to know where to look and how to get them. You need to know the Manufacturer of your hardware, and ideally the PCI id of the devices. There are tools that will tell you this information. Also, knowing which Intel chipset your motherboard is will help as well. It may not be easy for someone who doesn't know computers but it is very possible to install XP on one of those "Vista exclusive" laptops/desktops (I should know, i've done it).
I would like to know more about how to do this, because I searched for quite awhile to get the correct drivers for my desktop and as far as I know they do not exist. And I do know computers quite well. :(
Good news, I formatted, bad news (well, I don't think bad news, but whatever) is that I formatted bacjk to vista. The XP cd my friend lent me was wrecked and didn't work. However, when formatting, I deleted both partitions that I had, default and recovery, because I decided that recovery probably also contained the same virus, and a bunch of crap I didn't need (it seems dumb to some, but I don't care). After starting windows, I discovered that the recovery CD didn't hol all the useless shit that came with my laptop, which caused it to run so slow, anjd so I am now cojntent because it looks more like Vista should, and it's idling about 2-10%! Happy me!

The one thing you should know is that installing an OS other than the one your PC came with voids the warranty.
I'm pretty certain that all of the new hardware I've put inside has already voided the warranty <3
It's good to know that drivers exist for some of my other components. I'll need to look into getting them so that I can use some of the useless crap sitting in my tower (like my soundcard).
Alright, I have finally found the exact source of the problem, Daemon Tools. In my taskmanager, it doesn't say it's using any CPU at all, and even if I end Daemon tools and Advantage (some other thing that comes with it) my cpu still stayed at maximum. I recently got it again, and saw my CPU start to climb, so I completely removed it anjd restarted, and poof, my CPU is running perfect again.
