SO DOES ANYONE STILL USE RM95?
Posts
When RM2000 came out, I thought it was awful compared to RM95. Then I realized I was an idiot and never looked back.
Lol, in all honesty I use 2k3 more than VX. So did they call it that because it came out in 1995 if it did or did they call it that because it was first on Windows if it was 95?
I never even knew it existed until 05 or so. I don't think I've ever seen nor heard of an RM95 game.
I've only played one RM95 game and that was a Dragon Ball fan game about Goku Jr - it was pretty awful XD
I've only ever used 2k3, XP and fiddled with VX before going back to 2k3. Never touched 95.

Use 2k but you can only have 40 different character graphics (also edit them to use two frame animations), 100 different enemies, no elements, no editable states, no variables, three frame animations that all follow the same template, and four chipsets and you've got 90% of the RM95 experience.

LIES. You set each monster's resistance to each spell - they exist, just in a tedious and round-about way.
I started using RM95 a few weeks ago for the first time, because it catched my interest when we had this ''RM95 sucks'' discussion here.
RM95 wasn't too bad. But I haven't seen anyone use it in years and no longer have it myself. I only played like two or three games from it. One of them was Luns one, can't remember any of it though.
