TIME OUT PROBLEM

MOST OF THE TIME I try to do anything related to my submitted game, I get logged out. The site immediately takes me to the home page and says, "This page requires you to be logged in." If I log in and try it again, the same thing happens. Sometimes I have to wait until the next day to do anything, and even then the same problem occurs after about five minutes.WHAT THE HELL?! >:(
