I have not ever done that, which is not to say that I don't do it, as a matter of principle.

I would be happy to take another look at your game when it's finished and update my review, if I'm still alive. We're talking months or years down the road, right?

Most likly a year if your still around. I'm all done with the graphics (mostly) so it'll be normal gamemaking from here on out now.
