Jack Bauer doesn't use RPGs to kill enemies; he uses his teeth and legs. So he has no need for an RPG Maker ;)

Edit: RPG meaning Rocket Propelled Grenade.

That's what RPG means! No wonder everyone at school thought I was a terrorist when
I showed them what I had made with RPGMaker.
