Heya. Here are some of my compositions; some are for Quintessence TBV's OST, others are requests/commissions to other projects. Most are cut-off short as samples - they are copyrighted to Quintessence TBV or to their respective game titles, so they cannot be used, sorry. :<

I love music. Downloading these now.
Thank you for your time. :)
They are composed in Finale 2006, with either the GPO sound library or the default Finale sound library.
Edit: Oh, on a related note, here is a sample ending music video (horrible quality though) of the last song on the first post: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lLhzKkwVkfk

EDIT:
All of these songs are really quite excellent! I recommend that everyone here download them now and give them a listen. Personal favorite: Into the Memory.
I have listened to three of these songs so far and they are quite nice.
My favourite would have to be: Promise.

I know you said we cant use them but im begging you to allow me to use "Into the memory" and "Promise" in my game. I will be sure to give you and whoever copyrights them a mention in the credits so please, I would really aprechiate it
Thanks guy. :'> But Zeblade, I am really sorry but I simply can't. Each song used has somewhat of a symbolic representation to the story for it, and releasing it would defeat the point. Into the Memory is commissioned for exclusive rights as well. If you look around the net I am sure you'll find music with the same atmosphere that you are looking for. (Into the Memory has a similar chord progression as Canon, so some kind of Canon arrangement might be fitting to what you have in mind in terms of mood. :) )

I listened to these the other day and I liked them a lot! Your composition has a silky smooth polish and is destined for the background of some Hollywood movie someday.
I'm impressed. Well done.
As for people wanting to use that stuff: It should go without saying that almost all original music, composed by indie game makers, is exclusive to the game it was written for. Usually there's an exchange or agreement of some sort between the composer and game maker that doesn't allow for 3rd parties to get a piece of the pie. I'd never share my own thematic material specific to my game.

Thanks a lot guys, glad ya enjoyed it! :) And hah, that's too much, Brandon. I wish though.
As for the using others' music thing; I think that another thing is by giving the music out for free distribution sort of negates the point of its creation - originality and customization. If one just want music without the aspect of originality, there are a lot of professional better qualified pieces out there.

I am absolutely horrid at pixel art, so I kind of trade music for them, heheh. Trading's always a good way to share everyone's competitive advantage. :>

Well, I was talking about your overall style. You write like an American soundtrack composer, which means that your music sounds like Hollywood.
