CloseHello, I am new here and I tried looking up rules on submitting new games, but I haven't found a rule about submitting games that aren't yours. I know some pretty good games out there that I would love to show publicly. As long as I credit the owners, is it ok?

No, the site's only for your own games. You can link to those other good games though since they probably have other sites already otherwise you probably wouldn't have heard of them.

Where would I link them to? They're MMO's, so there are no downloads involved. Most of them actually don't have sites, they have a HUB page for a game engine listing of games. These games are some competent, not so well known Indie games. (check byond.com and you'll see what i'm talking about)
If I reviewed them, would they be added to the database? I wouldn't normally ask this, but this is a really good site. Far better than I have seen anywhere so far for Indie games.

No permission is not enough. Not as far as I know at least. WIP made a post about this waybackwhen. There are a couple of games on the site not submitted by their creators but that was done early in the site's history and WIP said he didn't want more of it.

I thought the same thing...it would be a pretty decent idea to show some of the foreign games that have their own sites. I know i like this particular Resident Evil RPG...took me forever to find it again...
Translations are kind of a special case, seeing as how the original creator might not speak or read english and thus couldn't really submit the game even if he wanted (and he'd probably be submitted his untranslated work, which would be unplayable to the majority of the userbase here).

And also if someone translated a game they're technically on the dev team and should be able to submit a game. Though I guess that could be turned all kinds of weird ways "Oh I beta-tested this game so I'm totally qualified to submit it."
