CloseSo i have Rpg maker 200 3. i have over 13 games made on it. But I don't know how the game disk works?! There is no site explaining how to use it so please provide a detailed explaination as to how to put an RPG MAKER 2003 game on a CD ready to go.

This.... yes, i want it so that it plays the game without the programs but this iusn't really helping me understant rpg maker 2003 game disk operation. I see all these guys games so i know someone could do a nice guide on that. i go to game disk, and send it to a folder. but then when i go to the setup i con weird figures appear and it's really confusing and i keep hearing you can use an installer creator or something but i don't know hopw to do it and can someone PLEASE help me. Thank You.
I usually just avoid the Game Disk option in RM2k3 entirely since it is so whack. Really, it's just easier and cleaner to ZIP or RAR the entire game directory and distribute that.

I... Well, in HONESTY I really actually don't know how to do that. Also, i want it to be executable, and i don't think zipping the file or RARing it is going to prevent people from altering data or whatever. So that's why i was TRYING to use the game disk, but if there is an alternative. Because I have a CD waiting so i can put my game on it.

If you install a game through a .exe created with RPG Maker, it'll just create a regular directory where leechers can still potentially alter/steal your work.
Once I sent my boss who was a relatively young, highly paid statistician an important project with a tight deadline in a WinRAR file and he FREAKED THE FUCK OUT at me because he had no idea what RAR was or what to do with it so he wound up screaming and cursing at me because HE was an idiot.
It was bizarre.

WinRAR sucks, I use PeaZIP. I haven't used WinRAR in years.

I would stand up for myself.
When I sent him the zip file, I did tell him to calm down, and then ask him how the hell he had lived around 30 years in this day and age without ever encountering WinRAR. I have still not received a satisfactory answer.
