This post is either clever troll-bait or a really bad resource request.
Either way, this post has prompted me to start crafting a resource request rules & guidelines thread.
EDIT:
Actually, this request is so badly made that this topic will do: http://rpgmaker.net/forums/topics/5692/
Once you have those points mastered, I will consider making a Resource Request template/guideline.

Here, I'll highlight the key points that you should adhere to:
-Give as much information as possible about the problem you are having. Vaguely worded or ambiguous questions just generate confusion. Give specific information about what you are trying to do, and what you have already tried, and what hasn't worked.
- USE PROPER GRAMMAR. If you can't be bothered to do this, don't be surprised if we can't be bothered to help you.
EDIT:
Try:
If you are requesting for someone else to help you make a project:
If you have just joined this site and do not know anyone, chances are that people are not going to respond to requests to make a project with you. Most people here are very busy with their own projects are not going to accommodate a random person they do not know. Your best chance is to network; get to know people, make friends, express interest in other peoples' projects, and provide feedback. Once people know who you are, they are much more likely to respond amiably to your requests, especially if you have done something to help them in the past.
Also:
-Look for the answer on your own first. Try Google.com.
There are SCORES of zelda and link resources out there.
Also:

You did not specify what you meant by "future chipsets". You did not explain what a hellsing was. You failed to specify what style of Zelda resources you are looking for (there are many). You did not list any of the hellsing characters that you were looking for resources for. "characters battle and otherwise" is not sufficient.
Lastly, your poor grammar, anger, impatience and posting history do not give a good impression of you as someone that someone would like to work with and provide resources for. You give the distinct impression that you are about 11 years old and this is your first go-round at making an RPG which has about a 99% chance of being abandoned. You were impatient with the "cheat" topic, waiting only a minute before posting "a little help please", and double posting that question.
In the future,
1. Learn how to use a computer.
2. Learn how to interact with the Windows GUI.
3. Learn how to use English.
4. Learn how to provide adequate information.
No one wants to help a petulant 11 year old.
