Unfortunately, basically no one can ever be held accountable for anything over the internet. (This is why the internet is festering with douchebags.)
Anyway, I guess it's a double edged sword. Because with something open ended people might not feel any urgency, but with something short term people feel like if they can't participate within a limited window, they might as well not bother.
Anyway. Have I mentioned I approve of this movement? I'll try to participate once I finish sorting out some real life issues.
