I don't like to use legendaries.
I can understand not using something like MEWTWO or RAYQUAZA, yeah, but Zapdos is from one of the sets of balanced legendaries. The birds (excluding Lugia and Ho-oh), the beasts, the Regis, and most of the event pixies aren't any stronger than, say, Salamence or Tyranitar.

Nah, I don't avoid pseudo-legendaries. I agree that some legendaries aren't super overpowered or anything, but I would just rather not use them.

Yeah. I really hope theres almost no "novelty Pokemon", or Pokemon that are just there to fill the Pokedex.
EDIT: Also, I don't know if this is official yet, but I just heard (From Chuggaaconroy's Twitter) that TM's might be infinite use in Gen V. Holy shit, thats awesome.

I wish they'd take out the HM system all together. I absolutely hate not being able to remove it conveniently and either half of your team is loaded with sub-par moves or you constantly have to switch out your main members just to get anywhere. Only one I actually ever want to learn is Surf (Or Waterfall for Gyarados).
I'd be fine with the HM moves getting a buff, actually. If they were worthwhile moves, I wouldn't want to get rid of them anyway.
For some reason, the animation of the pokemon is starting to feel like it's just tacked on. Maybe it's just 'cause DS footage always looks bad on youtube, but still...

It is kind of a half-assed job. The way they are done is pretty much just a movement of individual pieces of the sprite.
However... I kind of expect Game Freak to be lazy at this point.
Half-assed isn't really the word for it, but I guess they do have >500 Pokemon so animating them all would take a heck of a lot of time, but that's their own damn fault for making the games and all the monsters that come with them.

The only confirmed pokemon on my Black and White team so far. (Im not counting the starter since I rarely use a starter on my official team throughout a game.)
