I'm at work and can't listen BUT

I think that the whole oh-this-band-defies-genre-so-we'll-use-a-million-genres-and-then-say-"oh-but-we-don't-really-know-what-we-play" bullshit is getting out of hand. Music critics always have a hard time classifying Hooverphonic and tend to list a million genres when describing them, but in an enormously classy move, Hooverphonic insists that their music is strictly described as "pop". I really recommend you do something similar because it's sooooo classy to be straightforward.

I'm just telling you what the press has called us.

If I personally had to pick... I would just say Pop/rock. We really aren't that psychedelic... there are hints of it I think. But Pop/rock is more accurate.

And if you'll notice, our myspace merely says "Rock".
