Need help with rm2k3's auto start and parellel thing Topic

Hey, whenever I do auto start or the parallel thing in rpg maker 2003, it loops. I can't figure out how to make it stop. I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of. I've tried end event, end loop, nothing works >.< a little help please.
What I am trying to do is have an auto starting talk scene and then it end.

p.s: While I'm at it, just wonder, how do you get/give maker points?

Use a switch. (Google rpg maker switch tutorial or something if you do not know how to do a switch)

You can read up the Help file also. You get Makerpoints by submitting games, blog entries, articles and resources.

Awesome, thanks peoples ^-^, but really, I just couldn't figure it out XD...now to figure out how to use a switch... TO GOOGLE I GO! XD.

The RPG Maker help file covers this and many other basic questions you may have. Consider it your bible for development until you become more experienced.

You would not believe how often I still refer to the help file (have had rm2k3 since it came out). It's dead useful.
