It used to be like this a long time ago, but was changed. It's too easy to abuse some kind of user vote system to give bad games a good representation. It won't be changed back.

You need to justify your rating by proving that you actually played the game enough and have valid reasons for your opinions.

Oh, i mean...My english isn't that good, and all my reviews are denyed. I actually play the games, and want to vote and give the opinion about it, and i just can't...That was why...

You could always make a thread in the forums asking someone to proofread your reviews. Yeah, there is the possibility of it being stolen but I don't think anyone would do that, would they (plus you could always tell a mod.)
