I hope it isn't a problem if I use Google Translate sometimes, Creation. I joined, haven't posted much though since I'm not sure of the mannerisms and such around there.
seeing vibrantly creative projects like these, and those listed in tft's most recent blog post, make me remember the entire reason i was interested in the game making community to begin with
Nice looking script! Don't suppose the works of George R.R. Martin are public domain, huh?
...didn't think so.

Nice looking stuff! Don't suppose any of those graphical resources are public domain, huh?

Holy shit
Huhu...YDS pretending to be a man on the forums. Now that you've posted your pic, loads of guys are hit on you, big mistake!
Ahem... you know he wasn't referring to your glasses, right;)?
Yeah Aedemphia is pretty awesome. Believe it or not, the author of Laxius Power (he comes from our community...) once told Sylvanor (the author of Aedemphia): ''Don't worry, one day your project might be as good as mine.'' Laxius. Power. I pretty much fell down my chair when I read that 0____o'.
I'm trying to convince Sylvanor to share his game with you guys here.
Aedemphia (last specs and that's over 2 years ago so it's much better now):
-18 hours (is probably a lot more now)
- 141 monsters (each and every one of them hand made, no rip. Monsters are also animated)
- 134 books (in a style similar to Elder Scroll)
- 1151 maps
- 260 side quests
- 703 items (including the equipment)
- More than a 100 spells.
- 30 cut scenes (hand drawn)
- 10 Optional bosses (not including the compulsory bosses)

Other art from the same author (Sylvanor):

Elle a une sacrée paire de... lunettes.
Thanks! I picked out these glasses recently!

Lol Indinera (author of Laxius Power) actually said that? He seriously needs to wake up his ideas. Aedemphia has way better quality than Laxius Power even if Laxius Power is popular. Popular does not equal to Quality.
There's no doubt Damien (Indy) is making cash but I also think that Aedemphia is more refined.
There's something I've been meaning to talk to you about, the screenshot of the week.
Every week members can participate in a screenshot contest where they submit a screenshot. The winning screenshot is then added to the database and showed all week on the front page.
Here's the link for the current contestants for this week:
Click moi!
The theme this week is something d4rk. It's a bit of a running joke but it means something... you know... dark, like calunio's stuff. Anyways, I'm sure you get it.
I already suggested to YDS that she should participate but I would really appreciate if some of you joined in the fun. I'd be great to see more contestants and a competition which becomes a bit more fierce.

I like everything I saw from that game... except the character sprites in the second screen.
They look too saturated compared to the game's otherwise awesome graphics.

It's worth noting that this community is full of pervs. In a fun way.

Oh, believe me. It's different. RMNers are prudish compared to those guys.
